Price.

The price of the coaching plan is £80/month, billed quarterly. It’s cheaper than the Gold Coaching package because there are no video calls or WhatsApp but only interactions via email and TrainingPeaks©*.

The minimum commitment for coaching is 3 months.

However, if within the first 30 days of the first billing period, you aren’t satisfied, I will give you your money back no questions asked.

How it works.

We will start with an email questionnaire to collect information regarding your objectives, current physical fitness, experience with running, past injuries, life/job obligations, and the time you have available for training.

I will create a custom program tailored to your personal needs, aimed to help you reach your goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

To help you understand when to push and when to rest, I will provide exact training duration and intensities. Finding the right balance between tough workouts and recovery is essential.

I can offer counsel on various elements of training, including strength workouts, cross-training approaches, running gear, injury avoidance, daily nutrition, and nutrition for racing events.

The level of coaching and communication provided varies based on your requirements for direction, feedback, responsibility, and motivation.

You can tell me how you feel about your training and how it's going, so I can make adjustments to your program to ensure you are making the most of it and heading towards your targets. However, all interactions wiil only happen via email and TrainingPeaks©.
